Values of the Diocese

1. We believe in God and value the word of God:
We believe in one God, creator of all things, Holy, Sovereign and Eternal existing in three equal persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and we believe that the bible is the complete word of God and that the sixty- six books of bible were inspired by the Spirit of God and that the bible is the basis of Christian unity. We believe that Jesus is the only child of God, died on the cross and was resurrected and that he will return to judge the world.
2. We value and respect people:
The most important thing is the human being as a being of value and a creature of God because God created us in his Image and we are real wealth. Respect begins in the first person by knowing your rights as an individual and allowing you to make decisions. We treat others as we want to be treated, we put ourselves in other people's shoes, and we recognize the intrinsic worth of each individual. We value good manners towards people who are a thing of value, we provide our feedback to people in a positive way, we respect other people's boundaries and social strata of people and we are trustworthy.
3. We work in unity, love and transparency :
We must work together as Christians in good collaboration for the glory of God as the wish that the apostle Paul expresses in his letter to the Philippians 1: 27 b “I may hear of your state that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of good news. We have a team cohesion that builds trust towards their line manager and among the team members. We work in transparency for management and honesty which are the key to our success.
4. We are responsible, honest and creative:
We are responsible for our actions. We use and allocate our resources effectively and efficiently. We ensure that creativity is a tool that activates the innovative process by generating and developing our ideas to create new solutions or convert our ideas into something applicable aimed at problem resolving and strategy formulation. We are able to respect our commitments and our principles for our integrity. We protect the human being and human life against attacks by third parties. We provide assistance to the poorest people. We are reliable and stable in our choices.
5. We value justice and equality:
We value justice by conforming to God's will to maintain a holy relationship between our Creator God and us His creatures. We promote social justice by involving the equality of men among themselves and their equity. "God said, Let us make man in our image and in our likeness" (Gen1: 26). And it is written in Leviticus 19 verse 15: "You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great, but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness.
6. We are partners:
We accept partnership with donors and other partners to combine efforts in making any act aimed at changing communities in the love of God.
